NYCN suspends Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo as the National President of the Council over alleged N369m, Forgery, Abuse of Office among others

By Mary Boluwade The President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Comrade Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo has been placed on immediate suspension by the National Executive Council (NEC) of the body. Sukubo alongside his Deputy, Comrade Innocent Nduanya, and the Secretary General, Comrade Suleiman Abubakar Abutu got the boot for allegedly dragging the organisation into partisan politics. Their suspension which takes immediate effect was announced on Monday by the National Public Relations Officer of the Council, Comrade Dotun Omoleye, at a world press conference held at the secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Abuja. Amongst others, the three suspended officers were accused of engaging in self-serving activities which have allegedly made mockery of the Constitution of the organization.
