Commissioner for Capacity Development and Training, Prof. Tedela tasks Staff.

The Commissioner for Capacity Development and Training, Prof. Patrick Tedela has assumed duty with a call on staff to come up with innovative ideas that would compliment the 6-Point Agenda of the Administration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji 

Prof. Tedela, at his maiden meeting with members of staff, solicited their support in the area of enhanced service delivery, urging them to be committed to their duties.

He noted that capacity development is germane to the growth of any administration aiming to achieving success in governance, promising to ensure that all workers in the state would be considered for training. 

The Commissioner pledged to make the best use of the human and material resources available to him in the new office to uplift the ministry to an enviable standard. 

He noted that the administration of Governor Oyebanji is poised to transform the state and the public service through regular capacity building programmes to enable the state compete favourably with other sister states as clearly enshrined in the 6 points agenda.

Responding on behalf of the staff of the Ministry, the Permanent Secretary , Mr Oluwadare Ajayi assured the new Commissioner of the cooperation of the staff in the task ahead .

 Mr Ajayi however highlighted some of the challenges facing the ministry to include inadequate office accommodation, lack of functional utility vehicles and poor funding among others.
