NYCN: The Management of the National Youth Council of Nigeria Ekiti State Chapter has desolved the State Executive of the Council, set aside the September 2022 elective Congress, placed an embargo on all activities in the name of the Council, warned the desolved executives and the factional Chairmen to stop parading themselves as Executive of the Council, set a a Caretaker Committee.

PRESS RELEASE 
The Member Organisations and the Local Government Coordinators of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Ekiti State Chapter has desolved the State Executive of the Council in Ekiti State.

This development came up at their Management meeting held in Ado-Ekiti on Friday 4th August, 2023.

The Management set aside the elective Congress that took place on 13th September, 2022 and declared all the Offices vacant, warned James Bankole And Nathaniel Famuyibo to stop parading themselves as Factional Chairmen of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ekiti State Chapter.

The Management further appoint the following as Caretaker Committee of the Council for Six Months:
1. Dr. Dayo Ajala: Chairman
2. Comrade Kayode A. Ayodele: Secretary
3. Comrade Mopelola Akinwumi: Member
4. Comrade Busayo DARAMOLA: Member
5. Comrade Anthony Ayodeji Ogunrinde: Member.

The Management also put an embargo on all activities of the Council and asked the Caretaker Committee to take charge.
